If you would like to be a customer or an active user of our online store, please read our General Terms and Conditions of Use carefully and use our services only if you agree with all their points and consider them binding on you. The contract is not filed, it is concluded only in electronic form, it cannot be retrieved later, and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

Selection of products

The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store's products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you want to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. This does not mean a purchase obligation or the automatic recording or transmission of your order. Products placed in the cart can be deleted or handled at a later time. By clicking on the "View" button of the basket, you will find the products placed in the basket during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

Prices

Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the online store. The prices are gross prices and include VAT, but these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. No separate packaging costs will be charged. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.

Discounts, coupons

Coupons provide a discount with the value of which - similarly to a gift certificate - the amount of the purchase can be reduced. Coupons can be obtained through various promotions. The coupon is validated in the code redemption box on the lower right of the shopping cart page by entering the coupon code and then pressing the "Redeem code" button. If the coupon is accepted, the value of the coupon is automatically deducted from the total amount of the order.

After finalizing the order, it is not possible to apply the coupon code afterwards. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, partial payment is not possible. The unused amount will be lost.

Sending the order

If you think the amount of products in the basket is adequate, you have checked the total amount and you have decided that you want to buy them, then simply click on the "Checkout" button.

Then fill out the billing information sheet, if you have a coupon code, you can redeem it in the lower right corner.

In the next step, choose the delivery method that suits you (Personal pickup in our store, FoxPost, or MPL home delivery)

After pressing the "Continue" button, select the desired payment method (bank card, bank transfer or cash on delivery) and then press the "Continue" button.

On the next page, you can review your order and add additional comments.

To finalize the purchase, you must accept the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions, and you can also subscribe to receive our newsletters.

If you agree with the contents of the order, click the "Complete order" button to send the order.

Orders are processed on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is also possible to place an order outside of the time indicated as processing the order. If the customer's order arrives after working hours, it will be processed on the next working day.

Confirmation

We send feedback on every order by e-mail. This means that after placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order and (later) one about the expected delivery time. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely informs the customer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the seller's competent employee. If you haven't received a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, contact our customer service. If the buyer does not receive this notification within 48 hours, the buyer's obligation to make an offer will cease.

Modifying or canceling an order

If you have finalized your order (forwarded it to us) and discovered an error in the entered data, please contact our customer service to change the order as soon as possible. You can notify our customer service of changes to the incorrect order by sending a letter from the e-mail address provided during registration (shop@vianicoletta.com) or by phone (+36 70 3625569).

Payment Terms

In our store, you can pay by bank card, bank transfer or cash (cash on delivery). Our partner for payment by bank card is Stripe.

Delivery cost: HUF 1,140.

Home delivery with MPL courier service

Delivery cost: HUF 3490.

Shipments are delivered and delivered by MPL courier service within the territory of Hungary. The delivery time of the product is explained by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email.

The courier delivers packages on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to enter your work address as the delivery address (if possible). The courier service will attempt to deliver twice. After that, you can only receive your product(s) if you pay the delivery fee again.

In the case of home delivery, the total weight of the purchased products cannot exceed 20 kg. The online store's system does not warn you when the weight limit is reached. Customers will be notified of this by phone or e-mail after the order has been placed. If the weight of the ordered products exceeds 20 kg, our company calculates an individual delivery fee, which we inform the customer about by e-mail or phone.

Transport

Our company will send you an e-mail notification about the status of the order.

If the customer does not receive the package, the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer. We are able to re-deliver only if the consideration for the package and the return shipping fee are paid in advance.

Product warranty

In which case can you use your product warranty right?

In the event of a movable object (product) defect, you can assert a product warranty claim.

What rights do you have based on your product warranty claim?

As a product warranty claim, you can only request the replacement of a product with defective packaging or an expired warranty period.

In which case is the product considered defective?

The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time it was placed on the market or if it does not have the properties described by the manufacturer.

What is the deadline for asserting your product warranty claim?

You can assert your product warranty claim within two weeks of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this deadline, you will lose this right.

Against whom and under what other conditions can you enforce your product warranty claim?

You may only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove the defect of the product in the event of a product warranty claim.

In what cases is the manufacturer (distributor) exempt from product warranty obligations?

The manufacturer (distributor) is only released from its product warranty obligation if it can prove that:

the product was not manufactured or marketed as part of its business activities, or

the defect was not detectable according to the state of science and technology at the time of placing it on the market or

the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or mandatory official regulations.

It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove one reason for exemption.

Cancellation of delivery

If the online store does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or because it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer of this. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that he is of legal age.

Right of withdrawal/ Return guarantee

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without reason within 14 days. Likewise, if the performance of the contract has begun in the case of a contract for the provision of services, you are entitled to terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.

The conditions of cancellation are set out in the contract between absentees, 45/2014. (II. 26.) is regulated by Government Decree No. According to the law, the right of withdrawal starts from the day of receipt of the product! Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer can cancel the purchase even in the case of delivery and personal collection. The right of withdrawal can be exercised without giving reasons!

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/termination, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw/terminate (e.g. by post, fax or electronic mail) to the following address:

You exercise your right of withdrawal/termination within the deadline if you send your withdrawal/termination statement before the expiration of the above-mentioned deadline.

Legal effects of withdrawal/termination

If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal statement, refund all the compensation you have paid, including the cost of transport (except for the additional costs incurred due to the fact that you are the one offered by us, you chose a transport method other than the cheapest standard transport method.) We use a bank transfer during the refund, unless you specifically give your consent to use another payment method, you will not be charged any additional costs due to the use of this refund method. We can withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have returned it.

If the product has been delivered and you do not want to keep the product, the product must be returned to our company at your own expense.

Ownership clause

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the purchase price. In the case of wrong, unaccepted orders, the product is taken into stock in the name of the "new" owner, and after the new, successful sale, the new owner will be paid the consideration!

If you notice any problems with your order, please contact our customer service immediately. In the event of a problem when receiving the package, please also call our customer service. In the case of packages that have already been received, please notify our company by e-mail of the following:

Treatment of the most common cases:

Product is missing from the package - Describe what was not in the package. We will investigate the case and send the missing product free of charge as soon as possible.

A different product was received instead of the ordered product - After the report, we will investigate the case and contact you by phone to discuss further actions. The exchange is typically carried out by our courier partner. You have nothing to do except to report what happened!

The product arrived damaged - Take a photo of the product. If the product cannot be used due to damage, we will replace the product and re-ship it free of charge.

You paid in advance, but they ask you to pay for the package when you pick it up - If you have the opportunity and you pick up the package within customer service hours, call our customer service immediately. We will arrange for you to receive the package on the spot within a short time. If you have already received the package, please tell our customer service the bank account number and the name of the account holder. We will return the money within a few days. If desired, you can also purchase the amount in our online store.

You can communicate your complaint to our company orally or in writing regarding the behavior, activities or omissions of the company, or the person acting in the interest or benefit of the company, which is directly related to the distribution or sale of the goods to consumers.
