During browsing of the online store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes (IP address, browser type, duration of visit, etc.). Our company will only hand over this data to the authorities in legally justified and substantiated cases.

The operator only stores and processes relevant amounts of data absolutely necessary for its commercial activities and serving our customers.

In the case of an order, after the order has been sent, you can request the correction of data entry errors at our customer service contacts.

Delete data

All personal data will be deleted at any time upon written request. The deletion of personal data - with the exception of accounting documents - can be requested at the contact details published in this information. This does not apply to data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.
